The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The lady at the desk was quite pleasant and assistive.

The automated welcome text was a nice touch after check-in. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help with my noise complaint. The amenities offered were solid and gave a good impression overall.

However, the ongoing noise issue disrupted my sleep and wasn't resolved in a timely manner.

The water pressure in the shower was insane, I mean, if you want to feel like you're in a waterfall, it's perfect. And the breakfast, man, those biscuits and gravy were a serious highlight — not something you expect at a budget place.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given what we got, I would say it was worth it.

my previous stay here was great, and this time it exceeded my expectations even more. the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities. the breakfast spread was impressive, featuring warm eggs and sausage along with fresh pastries.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, conveniently located near attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame. The kids loved visiting the memorabilia exhibits and the friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, especially with their helpful tips on local spots.

My kids wished for a quieter stay, as it could get pretty noisy from the highway and other guests. A dedicated children's area would be a great addition for families.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We checked out Elvis' gold Cadillac and enjoyed the memorabilia at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Also caught amazing shows at the Grand Ole Opry. The location was great for exploring Music Row and nearby golf. Staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember when the staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations during my first stay. I can’t wait to come back!

It was just an excellent fit for resting at all in Smyrna with good value for cost. The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, which I appreciated after a long drive. Bring your own towels if planning to use the pool as they might be running low.
